DEI Analytics + Best Practices

Diversity, equity, and inclusion reporting made easy with our DEI Analytics page within Knoetic.
We include four views for exploring your DEI analytics: New Hires, All Employees, Terminations, and Managers with ease. You'll be able to break down each of these views by Gender, Ethnicity, and Age with one click as well as add on any additional filters to complete your report.
Selecting your reporting criteria
To get started:
- Select the date range you'd like to view. We offer Today, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly views.
- Add any filters, from Department to Location, that you'd like to see on your report.
- Finally, select a Breakdown from one of our three options: Gender, Ethnicity, and Age.
DEI Analytics for New Hires
This tile will allow you to view DEI breakdowns for newly-hired employees.
- If you filter on Today, you will see data for any employees hired within the past month. This gives you an instant snapshot of recent hiring trends.
- If you filter on a specified date range, you will see data for any employees hired during that range.
You'll be able to view your results as a pie chart, table, or even export a file by clicking the blue "Export" button located next to the tile name.
DEI Analytics for "All Employees"
This tile will allow you to view DEI breakdowns for breakdowns for your entire employee population.
- If Today is selected, this tile will show the data as of today.
- If you filter on a specified date range, this tile will show the data as of the start of the range selected.
You'll be able to view your results as a pie chart, table, or even export a file by clicking the blue "Export" button located next to the tile name.
DEI Analytics for "Terminations"
This tile will allow you to view DEI breakdowns for terminated employees.
For a fuller view or to pull lists, visit your Attrition Analytics page.
- If you filter on Today, you will see data for any employees terminated within the past month. This gives you an instant snapshot of recent attrition trends.
- If you filter on a specified date range, you will see data for any employees terminated during that range.
You'll be able to view your results as a pie chart, table, or even export a file by clicking the blue "Export" button located next to the tile name.
DEI Analytics for Managers
This tile will allow you to view DEI breakdowns for your people managers within your organization.
In Knoetic, a manager is automatically defined as anyone with at least 1 direct report. Knoetic generates and updates your list of "managers" by identifying reporting relationships in your HRIS. This way, we are constantly keeping your list of current managers up to date!
You'll be able to view your results as a pie chart, table, or even export a file by clicking the blue "Export" button located next to the tile name.
