Average Days to Hire
Days to Hire, also known as Time to Hire, measures the amount of time (in days) between when a candidate first applies to when they accept their offer.

Average Days to Fill
Days to Fill, also known as Time to Fill, measures the amount of time (in days) between when a job is approved or opened to when the best candidate accepts the offer.
This metric provides an understanding of the speed, quality, and efficiency of your recruitment process. You can leverage this metric, along with our Quality of Hire insights, to improve this metric.
Recruitment teams will often compare this metric across Job Titles, Departments, Recruiters, and Coordinators.

This metric provides an understanding of the efficiency of your recruitment and sourcing efforts. A "good" ratio (e.g. 3:1) could indicate a well-calibrated and efficient process. You can leverage Quality of Hire insights, particularly performance by source/recruiter/time-to-fill, to ensure that quality is not impacted.

Candidate DEI Pipeline
Recruiting Analytics pulls candidate data from your Applicant Tracking System and can provide insights around your DEI pipeline as long as you're capturing it.
--> Note: Some vendors (like Lever) do not track this data and therefore, will not be available in Knoetic.
Understand DEI across your candidate pipeline. Add "Gender" or "Ethnicity" as your Data Group to keep a pulse on your pipeline with respect to DEI.

Total Applications
Total Applications offers a number of interesting insights into your data.
Identify your best recruitment channels. Add "Application Source" as your Data Group to see which sources bring in the most or highest quality candidates for specific roles.

Track application status & rejection reasons. Add these values as your Data Group to understand where your efforts are trending to quickly iterate your process, as needed.
