Knoetic support coverage for company-wide holidays

The Knoetic team will observe company-wide days off on the following dates:

  • Friday, December 23rd, 2022
  • Monday, December 26th, 2022
  • Monday, January 2nd, 2023

During this time, our Support team will be monitoring platform performance and will be taking action on requests that are categorized as urgent.

What are urgent requests?

An urgent request is a bug or issue that impacts all customers where there is no viable workaround.

When an urgent issue is identified internally or by a customer, our Support and Engineering teams will partner to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Requests that could be classified as urgent include:

  • Platform outage
  • Global integration outage (i.e Workday)
  • Users unable to load analytics modules
  • Security event

When will non-urgent requests be assessed?

Any non-urgent requests that are submitted during offline hours will be actioned promptly upon our return, which would be the business day following holiday.
