Reflektive Integration Instructions

Knoetic cross-references performance management data with the data from other systems, giving insights into how top performers are hired (ATS data) and rewarded (HRIS data).
Reflektive provides an API that supports basic data operations. To provide Knoetic access, provide us with your company’s API key. This may be a key that you already have access to - otherwise, please reach out to support@reflektive.com requesting your company’s API key.

Could you please send over our company API key & company UUID?
Please send us the API key (this should be a 20-40 character string) and company UUID using our secure data drop service: https://app.knoetic.com/keydrop.
