Quality of Hire Analytics

Bridge ATS & HRIS data together to view recruitment outcomes.

Clients leveraging Greenhouse or Lever as their ATS system will have access to new fields across all of our analytics reporting pages to better understand the successes and outcomes of their recruitment efforts.

With Quality of Hire analytics, answer questions like:

  • Which recruiter(s) bring(s) in our top talent?
  • What application sources are successful in filling department-specific roles?
  • Do internal candidates or referrals have longer tenures?
  • Which recruiters or sources have the lowest/highest “mishire” rates?

Available ATS Fields

Your ATS fields are located towards the bottom of your filter and breakdown lists. They are marked with a [ATS] tag to identify them easier.

A few examples of our standard ATS fields:

  • [ATS] Recruiter
  • [ATS] Coordinator
  • [ATS] Application Source
  • [ATS] Candidate Demographic Information
  • and more!

Check out all of your available ATS fields in your Filter Settings.

*Note: If a candidate is associated with a field that has multiple values (e.g. multiple hiring managers), Knoetic will select the first value associated with the field.

Adding ATS Fields to Analytics Reports

Your ATS fields are available in any Filter, X-Axis, or Data Groups selection options. These are located towards the bottom of the list. You can search "ATS" to find and identify them more easily.
